TERM AND CONDITION
Your reservation with us confirms that you have read, understood and agreed to our all
terms and conditions. Should the participant have any questions to the above policies, please
contact us for detailed information and consultation prior to booking the package tour. We will
reserve the rights of final interpretation to all the published information, terms, conditions and
policies.
➢ Before make a reservation, please ask our customer service for availability cabin and boat of
you interested.
➢ Description and tour limitations base on the brochure/itinerary of us has been read and
understood prior to booking the trip.
➢ If you want to see the boat picture, our customer service will send you the boat picture for
your trip before make reservation.
➢ If there served boat have something problem with engine or other parts, we will inform you
and offering you the same type of
➢ ID Card Number and/or Valid passport number required to make clearance pass document to
master harbor.
➢ Infant are free of charge, we dee man infant to be under the age of two (2) years or 24
month sold.
➢ For Kids (3-5yearsold)are required to pay half price from adult price or full extra bed price
(depending on the policy of each boat management).
➢ Age6andover includestheAdultpriceandisrequiredtopayfullpriceorextrabedprice.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION
➢ Reservations can be made by filling on form registration + down payment 30 % of total cost.
➢ For final payment can be settled max 7 days prior date of the date trip, if the final payment is
not made on the specified date, we have the right to cancel your reservation.
➢ Unilateral cancellation (from guest) down payment is non-refundable.
➢ Reschedule only applicable maximum 14 days before the trip date, if you reschedule less
than 14 days before the trip date your down payment will forfeit (non-refundable) and we
reserve the right to treat your as cancelled, unless your can get a substitution participant.
➢ The maximum limit for reschedule is 180 days, starting from the date of the reschedule
request.
➢ Cancellation made 14 days before trip will result in a 50% charge.
➢ Cancellation made 7-1 days before trip will result in a 80% charge.
➢ All forms of losses caused by flight disruptions such as delays, flight cancellations, airport
closures (suddenly) that’s are all not our responsibility (no any compensation / non
refundable).
➢ If there emergency / force majeure / not resolved due to natural conditions and other bad
weather, so we will must to change the itinerary for the safety of passengers (in that case
guests are not entitled to request compensation in any form.
RESPONSIBILITY
➢ Participants are responsible for loss /damage to trip facilities such as life jackets, snorkels,
masks, and will be charged according to the price of the item.
➢ Participants must obey the tour leader during the trip and cannot make unilateral decisions
in any form without our consent.
➢ If there are participants who bring illegal drugs or make riots that make inconvenience to
other participants during the trip, we have the right to issue / repatriate the participant
without any refunds that have been paid.
DISCLAIMER
➢ We does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage during the trip(money, phone,
laptop, etc.)
➢ We reserves all rights, while respecting the program, to cancel or change the order of visits
without notice depending on the Komodo National Park authority, weather, time changing or
the closing day of tour sites, etc.
